Room 1: The Discovery Room
The Discovery Room serves as the school's primary STEM learning space, designed to spark curiosity through hands-on exploration, experimentation, and creativity. Because the classroom serves young children, I created a series of murals that feel bright, playful, and engaging while supporting the room's educational purpose.
Room 2: The Imagination Room
The Imagination Room was designed to support learning through play, transforming the classroom into an immersive environment. Rather than serving solely as decoration, the murals were created as large-scale "set designs" that acted as backdrops for rotating play stations and interactive activities throughout the space. Each mural established a unique scene that encouraged storytelling, exploration, and creative thinking, while colorful directional graphics painted on the floor guided students through the room and connected the different play experiences.
