Multi-Channel Communications Campaign
BlackRock Global Client Survey
The Global Client Survey is one of BlackRock's most important feedback initiatives, gathering insights from clients around the world to better understand their experiences, strengthen relationships, and inform future strategy. My role was to lead the communications and branding strategy for the survey, managing both client-facing outreach and internal engagement from launch through results sharing.
The survey identity was designed to be simple, recognizable, and aligned with BlackRock's visual standards. Inspired by the shape and movement of a flag, the logo represented BlackRock's global client base while creating a flexible visual element that could be applied consistently across communications, presentations, and reporting materials.
Client Outreach
To drive participation, I developed a coordinated communications campaign that introduced the survey to clients, explained its importance, and encouraged feedback. The outreach strategy included branded email communications and supporting materials that balanced professionalism with a clear call to action, helping reinforce the value of client voices in shaping the business. Communications were delivered in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Japanese, and Chinese.
Internal Results Sharing
Following the survey, I translated the results into a series of visual reports and infographics designed to make complex data easy to understand and act upon. By combining data visualization with clear storytelling, the findings were shared across the organization in a way that highlighted key insights, celebrated strengths, and focused attention on opportunities for improvement.
Branding
The public ads were designed to meet young shoppers where they are. The “Join the Fam” messaging we came up with was prominently displayed, enticing shoppers to want to be part of something bigger.
