AI bootcamp

THE MISSION - Turning BlackRock’s AI strategy into a global learning experience

AI Bootcamp was created to help CXD move from talking about AI to understanding how it was already changing the way we work and serve clients. I helped shape the program from the ground up, bringing together AI strategy, governance, real use cases and future-state thinking into one cohesive experience.

My role spanned program strategy, content development, branding, storytelling, communications and employee engagement, working across leaders, subject-matter experts and teams to turn complex transformation work into something accessible and relevant to the broader organization.

Building the Experience

Rather than treating the program as a series of standalone presentations, we built AI Bootcamp as a connected journey.

Across five weeks, the curriculum moved from the foundations of responsible AI adoption into tangible examples of how AI could transform onboarding, client servicing and day-to-day CXD workflows, ultimately culminating in a conversation about the future of AI and client experience.

I developed the AI Bootcamp identity and visual system to give the program a recognizable presence across presentations, invitations, recap communications and supporting materials.

Making a Global Program Feel Local

With a global CXD audience, engagement was designed into the experience. Office watch parties created opportunities for teams across regions to experience the sessions together, while communications highlighted teams, speakers and real examples of AI already taking shape across the organization.

The storytelling intentionally connected individual initiatives back to a larger transformation narrative, helping employees understand not only what was being built, but what it meant for their role and the future of the client experience.

The Communications Campaign

I built the communications campaign around the full participant journey, from launch and session invitations to weekly previews, recaps and calls to action.

Each touchpoint reinforced the Bootcamp identity while keeping the content concise and practical. The campaign created continuity across the five weeks, surfaced key takeaways and resources, encouraged participation and helped position AI as an evolving capability employees could actively engage with rather than a distant technology story.
